Fishburger with cod strips and tomatoes with tropea onion

Ingredients

  • bread roll
  • Tropea red onion
  • tomatoes
  • mayonnaise
  • iceberg salad
  • cucumbers
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method

  • To prepare the dressing, cut tomatoes and Tropea onion into slices.
  • Cut the bread roll in half and sear in a pan, in the meantime cook the sliced cod fillet with tomato and basil in a pan for 3 minutes.
  • Make up the fishburger: mayonnaise, salad, tomatoes, sliced cod, onion, oil, salt, mayonnaise.
    If desired, serve with fried potato chips.
