FISHBURGER WITH COD STRIPS AND TOMATOES WITH TROPEA ONION
- bread roll
- Tropea red onion
- iceberg salad
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- To prepare the dressing, cut tomatoes and Tropea onion into slices.
- Cut the bread roll in half and sear in a pan, in the meantime cook the sliced cod fillet with tomato and basil in a pan for 3 minutes.
- Make up the fishburger: mayonnaise, salad, tomatoes, sliced cod, onion, oil, salt, mayonnaise.
If desired, serve with fried potato chips.
