Our industrial process is increasingly sustainable and every year reduces waste, use of plastics and exploitation of energy resources. Alongside our culinary research, we have introduced a policy of sizeable investments to improve efficiency and circularity in production, for increased sustainability.

Our in-house laboratory carried out:

  • over 1500 microbiological analyses of production areas, raw materials and finished products.

Top accredited external laboratories carry out on our behalf:

  • over 4000 chemical/microbiological analyses of raw materials and finished products. 
  • over 3500 chemical/microbiological analyses of water and production areas.

Health first and foremost

In recent years, molecular biology techniques have found ever-broader application in the food sector. This is why Arbi long ago installed a Real-Time PCR in our in-house laboratory, for the microbiological safety of raw materials, of outgoing finished products and production lines, to monitor pathogen contamination. This allows us to demonstrate the food safety of all our products, in less time and with absolutely reliable results.
