Health first and foremost: in recent years, molecular biology techniques have found increasingly wide application in the food sector. Which is why Arbi has installed a Real-Time PCR in its in-house laboratory, for the microbiological safety of raw ingredients and their products, to monitor cross-contamination of allergens on raw materials, finished products and production lines, to check for absence of genetically modified organisms and for the genetic identification of fish species to prevent counterfeiting and fraud on raw materials. This enables us to demonstrate the food safety of our products, in less time and with absolutely reliable results.
