- frisee salad
- artichoke hearts
- cherry tomatoes
- Tropea red onion
- walnuts
- rocket
- extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Method
- To prepare the bed for the fish, wash the salad and cut up the artichoke hearts.
- Cook the Arbi fish strips with potatoes and rosemary for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, onion, walnuts, oil, salt and pepper.
- Place the fish on the salad.
