Ingredients

  • frisee salad
  • artichoke hearts
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Tropea red onion
  • walnuts
  • rocket
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Method

  • To prepare the bed for the fish, wash the salad and cut up the artichoke hearts.
  • Cook the Arbi fish strips with potatoes and rosemary for 3 minutes.
  • Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, onion, walnuts, oil, salt and pepper.
  • Place the fish on the salad.
