Wild red shrimps in lobster sauce
Arbi's Wild Red Shrimps in Lobster Sauce is an exclusive delight with a unique flavour. Lobster meat, extra virgin olive oil, Italian tomatoes and white wine make a delicious background for selected shelled Argentine prawns - a burst of flavours in this superior quality sauce.
Method
FOR PASTA
1. Boil about 200 g of pasta in salted water.
2. Put the contents, still frozen, into a pre-heated frying pan. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes with the lid on, cook for another 1 minute with the lid off, stirring often.
3. Drain the pasta cooked “al dente” (2-3 minutes less than recommended on the packet) and add to the sauce in the pan.
4. Stir for about 1 minute, mixing the sauce carefully with the pasta.
FOR RICE
1. Boil 160 g of rice in salted water (we recommend Carnaroli rice).
2. Put the sauce, still frozen, into a pre-heated frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes on a high heat with lid, then 1 minute without a lid, stirring frequently.
3. Drain the rice cooked “al dente” (2-3 minutes less than recommended on the packet) and add to the sauce in the frying pan.
4. Cook for about a minute to ensure that the sauce is well absorbed into the rice.
