Seafood mix for risotto
The consistency and delicacy of the rice are enhanced to the maximum by Arbi Risotto Mix. A mix of molluscs and crustaceans with peeled shrimps, clams, mussels and squid in a delicate fish broth, for a refined taste just waiting to be enjoyed. Perfect for rice but also extraordinary as the base of a sauce for linguine and spaghetti, it is cooked in a frying pan and in just a few minutes is ready to offer you its flavour. Seafood risotto
Ingredients
1 packet Seafood Mix for Risotto 250 g
160-200g rice
parsley to taste
garlic to taste
white wine to taste
oil to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation
Fry the chopped garlic in a frying pan in a little oil for about 1 minute.
Add the risotto mix without defrosting it.
Cook with the lid on, on medium heat, for 6 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add the white wine, allowing it to evaporate over high heat. Season with salt and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Separately, cook 160-200g of rice and when it is well cooked "al dente" add it to the sauce and cook for another minute.
Enrich the rice with a little oil, add some chopped parsley and serve.
