1 pack of musky octopus
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 glass of white wine
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Soak the Borlotti beans in water for about 7-8 hours, then boil in unsalted water until tender.
In a saucepan, fry the garlic in oil, add the musky octopus. Add the white wine and allow it to evaporate. Season with salt and pepper.
Lower the heat and add the tomato puree.
Cook for 10 min. then add the Borlotti beans with two ladles of broth and continue cooking for another 20-30 minutes.
