1 pack of cuttlefish
300 g of rice
1 clove of garlic
fish broth to taste
white wine to taste
oil to taste
Method - Serves 4
Defrost the cuttlefish, wash and cut them into small pieces.
Lightly brown the chopped garlic in a saucepan with 8 tablespoons of oil and add the cuttlefish before it changes colour.
Brown for a few minutes and then add the white wine.
As soon as it has evaporated, add 300 g of rice and let it absorb flavour for a few minutes, then finish cooking as a risotto adding, if necessary, some fish broth.
