Whole scampi XL
Giant langoustines, with a unique and delicate flavour and firm flesh, are perfect to be enjoyed steamed in their simplicity and goodness, but also to enrich seafood first courses, special main courses or for a sophisticated appetiser. Try them for an elegant candlelit dinner - success is guaranteed!
Chop some garlic and parsley.
Clean the langoustines, wash and cut in half along the shell, in order to open them without the two parts separating. Arrange them in a saucepan.
Add lemon juice, oil, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Leave to macerate for about an hour. Place the saucepan on the heat and cook for 5-6 minutes.
