Lobster Bites
Perfectly like an aperitif with friends, but also transform a good lunch or a good dinner into a fun experience, to enjoy together with the people you love. Offer them as an appetiser and... eating together will be something else entirely!
Method of preparation
COOKING IN THE OVEN
Place the bites on a baking tray, possibly with a sheet of baking paper, put them in a pre-heated oven and let them cook for about 14-15 minutes at 220°C*, turning them halfway through the cooking.
Best served hot.
* The exact cooking times depend on the characteristics of the oven used and the degree of crunchiness and browning desired.
COOKING IN A FRYING PAN
Soak the bites in hot oil (specific frying oil is recommended). Let them cook for 3 minutes, turning them from time to time until golden brown. Drain well with a skimmer and place on a sheet of absorbent paper to get rid of the excess oil.
AIR FRYER
Set the air fryer to 200° and cook for 10 minutes without oil.
