Method of preparation
Cook 200-240 g of pasta in salted water according to instructions on packet. Place wok or frying pan over a medium to high heat. 2. Add product to the pan, cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes. Remove lid, cook for further 2 minutes, stirring often. 3. Drain the pasta cooked well “al dente” and add to the sauce in the pan. 4. Stir carefully until the sauce is well mixed with the pasta.
AS A LIGHT SOUP
Place wok or frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add product to the pan, with a small cup of water. Cover with lid, cook for 3 minutes. Remove lid and cook for further 3 minutes, stirring often. Serve in a soup plate topped with croutons, as desired.
