Seafood tomato sauce with shellfish and shrimps
Our Seafood Tomato Sauce is one of Arbi's most versatile creations, made for your kitchen. It will make any kind of pasta special, produce a perfect risotto, great bruschetta and delicious crostini toppings.
With clams, mussels, shrimps, caramote prawns and prawn tails, the first taste will whisk you off to the seaside.
Method of preparation
Boil about 250 g of pasta in salted water (we recommend you use spaghetti).
Put the contents, still frozen, into a pre-heated frying pan. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes with the lid on, cook for another 4 minutes with the lid off, stirring often.
Drain the pasta cooked well “al dente” (2-3 minutes less than recommended on the packet of pasta) and add to the sauce in the pan.
Stir for about 2 minutes, carefully mixing the sauce with the pasta. Add chilli pepper for a spicier taste.
