Peeled shrimps

Recommended recipe
Ingredients for 4 people:
400g Arbi Peeled Shrimps
200g breadcrumbs
150g extra virgin olive oil
40g lemon juice
40g orange juice
rosemary to taste
parsley to taste
oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Method
Defrost the shrimps under cold running water. Meanwhile, using a whisk, prepare an emulsion of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Arrange the prawns in a terrine, add the emulsion and cover with cling film, leaving it to marinate for an hour in the fridge.
Then chop the aromatic herbs, add them to the breadcrumbs and leave to rest.
Partially drain the prawns and dip them in the breadcrumbs so that the breading is well distributed, arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, with the excess breadcrumbs and place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
For a more intense and aromatic taste, before baking you can add thin slices of organic orange and/or lemon covered with breadcrumbs, or at the end of cooking you can grate the citrus peel directly over the prawns.
