Method of preparation
COOKING IN THE OVEN
Place the bites on a baking tray, possibly with a sheet of baking paper, put them in a pre-heated oven and let them cook for about 14-15 minutes at 220°C*, turning them halfway through the cooking.
Best served hot.
* The exact cooking times depend on the characteristics of the oven used and the degree of crunchiness and browning desired.
COOKING IN A FRYING PAN
Soak the bites in hot oil (specific frying oil is recommended). Let them cook for 3 minutes, turning them from time to time until golden brown. Drain well with a skimmer and place on a sheet of absorbent paper to get rid of the excess oil.
IN THE DEEP-FRYER
put the frozen product in the basket of the fryer and cook for about 2 minutes at 180°C.
