Another light and fruity red wine to pair with the dish. In this case, grilled onion is the master of the recipe, giving it a sweet and slightly smoky flavor that demands the fruit and freshness of Valpolicella wine.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Arbi Seafood Tomato Sauce 450g
- 200g risoni pasta
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Peel, wash and cut the onion into ½ cm slices, then grill for about a minute (you can use toothpicks to prevent the rings from falling apart). Season with oil, salt and pepper and leave to rest.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and toss in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for about 2-3 minutes. Add the Seafood Tomato Sauce and cook with the lid on until melted (about 4 minutes). Then add the risoni pasta and half a glass of water.
- Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently and occasionally sprinkling with water.
