Arbi Dario S.p.A., as data controller, hereby informs you that, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the Regulation), for the establishment and execution of ongoing contractual relationships, is in possession of or may subsequently acquire information relating to you.

The following personal data may be processed: personal details, tax information, contact details, bank details, and other administrative or commercial data necessary for the purposes indicated below.

2. Purpose of processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes: fulfilment of legal obligations and execution of the contract to which you are a party, fulfilment of obligations towards State financial administration, accounting and administrative management, management of existing business relationships, and management of any disputes.

3. Legal Basis
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract and the need to fulfil the obligations contained in current regulations.

4. Provision
Providing the information requested is mandatory to fulfil legal and contractual obligations. Therefore, any refusal to provide it will make it impossible for the undersigned to execute the contract or properly perform all the obligations required for the purposes indicated in point 2.

5. Retention times
The data will be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and, in any case, no longer than the terms established by specific legal obligations.

6. Recipients of personal data
The data will be processed by authorised personnel, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the data controller. Some information may be disclosed to the following parties:

  • Public bodies (tax offices and other entities);
  • Law firms or consulting firms which the Data Controller has specifically mandated;

COMPLAINTS POLICY

Arbi Dario S.p.A., in its capacity as data controller, hereby informs you (hereinafter referred to as the data subject) that, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016, the “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter the “Regulation“), the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:

2. LEGAL BASIS
For common personal data (personal details and contact information), the legal basis for processing is the execution of a contract to which you are a party. Providing personal data is necessary to obtain the requested information. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for our staff to respond to your requests. For data disclosing your health (relating, in particular, to any health problems caused by our products), the legal basis for such processing is your consent. If consent has been given, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and with the same ease with which it was previously granted.

The data will be retained for the period of time necessary to deal with your request and, in any case, no longer than the terms established by specific legal obligations.
