Seafood tomato ready-made sauce is the most versatile of those created by Arbi for your kitchen: you can use it to enhance long or short pasta, for risotto, on bruschetta, or even to garnish delicious seafood crostini.

With clams, mussels, prawns, king prawns and king prawn tails, the first mouthful transports you to the seaside.

MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS 49% (MUSSELS in shell, CLAMS in shell, peeled SHRIMPS (SHRIMP, antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE)(1*) or peeled king prawns (KING PRAWNS, antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE)(2*), king prawn tails (KING PRAWNS, antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE) (3*) or code di KING PRAWNS (KING PRAWNS, antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE(4*)), sauce (water, MOLLUSCS, tomato purée, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, white wine (contains SULPHITES), tomato paste, salt, yeast extract, parsley, chilli pepper), diced tomato; GLUTEN FREE. Preparation

THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

Boil about 250-300 g of pasta (spaghetti is recommended) in salted water.
Place the product, still frozen, in a preheated pan.
Cook over high heat for 3 minutes with the lid on and another 4 minutes without the lid, stirring frequently.
Drain the pasta al dente and add to the pan with the sauce.
Sauté for about 2 minutes, making sure the sauce is well mixed with the pasta.
For a spicier flavour, add chilli pepper.
