The local health authority of Central Tuscany, in compliance with EU Regulation 2017/625, has established a rating, for production facilities recognised under EC Regulation 853/2023, that expresses the degree of reliability of the food business’s food safety management system (FSMS).
The rating is awarded by teams of veterinary managers from the local health authority of Central Tuscany, taking into account the results of official controls, other official activities (including sampling), and an assessment of the companies’ ability to implement the concept of “food safety culture” as per EU Regulation 2021/382.
Our company has achieved a score of 97%, placing us in the highest category: A+.

IFS (International Featured Food Standard) is an international health and hygiene certification recognised by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). IFS is widely adopted throughout Europe but is preferred in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. The IFS Food standard audits products and production processes to evaluate a food manufacturer’s ability to produce safe, authentic and high-quality products in compliance with legal requirements and customer specifications. It is valid for one year and is issued after rigorous verification audits. Arbi holds a Higher level of corporate compliance with the requirements of the IFS Food standard.

The ESG—or sustainability—assessment is a summary assessment that measures a company’s ability to manage environmental, social and governance issues.
The Report provides an ESG Score (from 0 to 100) and five performance rating classes (from Very Low to Very High).
