Ingredients
- 1 pack of Arbi 3-Flavour Seafood Bites
- 1 pack of Arbi Squid 400g
- 480g short-grain white rice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 12 asparagus spears
- 8 strawberries
- 8 radishes
- sesame seeds
- mayonnaise
- teriyaki sauce to taste
- oil
- lemon juice
- white vinegar
- ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Defrost the squid under cold running water. Rinse the rice through a sieve until the water runs clear. Place the rice in a large pot and pour in enough water to cover it by about 1 cm. Cook over high heat with the lid on for about 2 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, still covered.
- Turn off the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes without removing the lid. Then, let the rice cool to room temperature, arranging it in serving bowls.
- Cut the squid into rings and blanch in boiling water for 1/2 minute and set aside.
- Preheat the oven and cook the trio of bites according to the package directions, then let them cool.
- Thinly slice the radishes, halve the strawberries, and peel the avocado, removing the stone and cutting it into medium-sized slices. Wash and cut the asparagus into lengthwise strips, place them in a bowl, cover them with salt, oil, lemon, vinegar and black pepper, and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- The poke ingredients are ready – arrange them in the bowl on top of the rice and season as desired with mayonnaise, sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce.
