Lobster meat 33%, COD, water, rice flour, sunflower oil, flour WHEAT, plant fibre (bamboo, citrus and pea), durum wheat semolina, wheat gluten, salt, shallot, garlic, chives, WHEAT starch, thickener: methylcellulose, yeast extract, brewer’s yeast, natural flavouring, curcuma powder, paprika powder. May contain MOLLUSCS, SOYA, SULPHITES and MUSTARD.

Preparation
IN THE OVEN
Arrange the bites on a baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment paper, place in a preheated oven and bake for about 14-15 minutes at 220°C*, turning them halfway through. Serve piping hot.
*Exact cooking times depend on the oven used and the desired level of crispiness and browning.
TO PAN FRY
Submerge the bites in hot oil (we recommend using a specific frying oil).
Cook for 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Drain well on a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
AIRFRYER
Set the airfryer to 200°C and cook for 10 minutes without oil.
