Preparation
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS
- Cook 180-200g of pasta in salted water. Place the product, still frozen, in a preheated pan.
- Cook for 6 minutes with the lid on over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the sauce.
- Sauté for about 1 minute, making sure the pasta is well mixed with the sauce.
- Add a sprinkling of fresh parsley to taste and for a spicier flavour, add chilli pepper.
