Preparation
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

Boil about 200 - 240 g of pasta in salted water.

Place the pasta, still frozen, in a preheated pan.

Cook for 2 minutes with the lid on and 5 minutes without the lid, stirring frequently.

Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the pan with the sauce.

Sauté for about 1 minute, making sure the sauce is well mixed with the pasta.

Add a sprinkling of chopped parsley and serve.
