Langoustine and seafood stew 450 g
Whether as a sauce or a stew, this special recipe created by Arbi chefs to enhance the authentic taste of the sea is the ultimate in flavour. Mussels, clams and pre-opened scampi create an explosion of goodness that pairs beautifully with toasted bread, Tuscan bruschetta or pasta.
To prepare the Scampi and Seafood stew, it only takes 7 minutes in a pan over high heat.

Sauce (water, sunflower oil, garlic, white wine (contains SULPHITES), FISH, MOLLUSCS 3%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, tomato purée, parsley, yeast extract, chilli pepper), MUSSELS in shell 22%, clams in shell 22%, SCAMPI 9% (SCAMPI, antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE), diced tomato. Preparation
Excellent for seafood spaghetti
- Boil about 250-300 g of pasta in salted water (spaghetti is recommended).
- Place the pasta, still frozen, in a preheated pan. Cook over high heat for 7 minutes with the lid on, stirring frequently.
- Drain the pasta al dente and add to the pan with the sauce.
- Sauté for about 2 minutes, making sure the sauce is well mixed with the pasta. For a spicier flavour, add chilli pepper.
… And as a stew.
- Place the product, still frozen, in a preheated pan.
- Cook over high heat for 7 minutes with the lid on, stirring frequently.
- Toast the bread slices and place two on each plate. Pour the stew over the bread and serve!
