Ingredients

Indo-pacific shelled shrimps 90%, water, salt, acidity regulators: E330 and E331. Parapenaeopsis stylifera fished in western Indian Ocean, zone FAO 51, and eastern Indian Ocean, zone FAO 57, with trawl nets. May contain FISH, MOLLUSCS and traces of SULPHITES.

Preparation

THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

  1. Line a greased rectangular baking pan with puff pastry.
  2. Cut 500g of boiled asparagus into chunks.
  3. Sauté a thinly sliced ​​leek in a pan with a little oil, add 2 packets of defrosted shrimp, and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and add 160g of robiola, 60g of Grana Padano, the asparagus, 4 tablespoons of single cream, salt, pepper and 3 beaten eggs.
  5. Pour the mixture over the puff pastry and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 45 minutes.
