Peeled mussels 200 g
Arbi Shelled Mussels can be cooked in any way: with pasta or rice, as a base for fish soups but also sautéed with garlic and parsley.
However you decide to cook them, they will always be a delight for the palate.

Chilean mussels, Mytilus chilensis (farmed in Chile) cooked and frozen. May contain CRUSTACEANS and FISH.

Preparation
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS
- Fry 2 cloves of garlic in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the defrosted mussels and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In another pan, sauté a blended pepper with chopped shallots for 2 minutes, then add 500g of tomato purée, a teaspoon of sugar and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Season with pepper.
- Transfer everything to a bowl and leave to cool, then add the mussels.
- Serve the soup accompanied by cubes of toasted bread.
