Alaska COD (Theragra chalcogramma). Fished with trawl nets in Northwest Pacific FAO 61. ALLERGENS: contains FISH. May contain MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS. Despite careful checks, it is advisable to pay attention to the possible presence of fish bones.

Defrosting

Preparation
