Anchovy fillets 180 g

Arbi anchovy fillets are our tribute to a taste that reminds us of home, a taste that is one of the foundations of Italian cuisine, a taste we all love. Just a few ingredients for a dish that needs no additions or seasonings: it’s pure goodness, without preservatives, colourings or additives. The delicate wheat breading preserves and enhances the flavour, protecting with a light crunchiness the heart of the flavour: Mediterranean anchovies.

Preparation

IN THE OVEN
Arrange the anchovy fillets on a baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment paper, taking care not to overlap. Place them in a preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes at 220°C, turning them halfway through.
Serve them piping hot with a lemon wedge and a little salt.
TO PAN FRY
Submerge the anchovy fillets in hot oil (we recommend using a specific frying oil). Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Drain well with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Season and serve with a lemon wedge.
