Preparation

THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

  1. Sauté chopped garlic in a little oil in a frying pan for about 1 minute, then add the Misto Scoglio without defrosting it.
  2. Cook with the lid on over a moderate heat, or let it evaporate over a high heat, season with salt and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. If desired, add 100 g of halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 6 minutes.
  4. Separately, cook 200-250 g of pasta and, after draining, toss it with the sauce in the pan.
  5. Add parsley and serve. For a stronger flavour, add some chilli pepper.

Try it as a hot seafood appetiser.
Toast 2–3 slices of bread, place them in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.
For a more intense flavour, season the slices of toasted bread with a clove of garlic.
