Preparation

MICROWAVE
Place the sealed bag, still frozen, in the microwave, with the back seal facing upward on a microwave-safe container (ceramic plate). Cook for 6 minutes at 800 WATTS. Remove the bag from the oven, being careful not to burn yourself. Open the bag by cutting the top edge with scissors. Pour the contents onto a plate, mix thoroughly and serve hot. CAUTION: Do not open or puncture the package before placing it in the microwave. Cooking time may vary depending on the performance of your microwave.

IN PAN
Remove the product, still frozen, from the bag and place in a preheated pan, cook over moderate heat with the lid on for 6 minutes, adding water if necessary and stirring occasionally.
