Sauté with mussels and clams 400 g

The word sauté, of French origin, identifies a cooking method often associated with seafood dishes, which can be more simply translated as sautéed, browned or pan-fried. It is precisely this preparation method that makes Arbi Sauté truly special. This simple and quick cooking method preserves the authentic flavour of mussels, clams and cherry tomatoes, without losing any of their flavour during cooking.
