Ingredients

Sauce 60% (water, sunflower oil, lobster meat 10%, white wine (contains SULPHITES), FISH, garlic, shallot, extra virgin olive oil, tomato purée, parsley, salt, yeast extract, chilli pepper, natural flavouring), Peeled Argentinian red shrimp 25% (contain antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE), diced tomato. May contain MOLLUSCS. GLUTEN FREE.

Preparation

EXCELLENT WITH PASTA
  1. Boil about 200g of pasta in salted water.
  2. Place the product, still frozen, in a preheated pan.
  3. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes with the lid on and 1 minute without, stirring frequently.
  4. Drain the pasta al dente and add to the pan with the sauce.
  5. Sauté for about 1 minute, making sure the sauce is well mixed with the pasta.
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS
For a spicier flavour, add a pinch of chilli pepper when cooked.
TRY IT WITH RICE
  1. Boil 160g of rice in salted water (Carnaroli rice is recommended).
  2. Place the product, still frozen, in a preheated pan.
  3. Cook over high heat for five minutes, with the lid on, and then for one minute uncovered, stirring frequently.
  4. Drain the rice and add to the pan with the sauce.
  5. Sauté for about a minute, making sure to mix the rice with the sauce. Turn the heat off and stir in a knob of butter.
