Seafood sauce pescatora style 300 g
Arbi’s Seafood sauce pescatora style is the ideal product for making a traditional risotto or special seafood spaghetti. This recipe, created by Arbi chefs to enhance the taste of the sea, is the ultimate in flavour. Clams, squid, mussels and shrimp come together in an explosion of deliciousness.

Ingredients
Mix of MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS 52% [CLAMS in shell, SQUID (1*) or OCTOPUS (2*), MUSSELS in shell, Peeled SHRIMPS (SHRIMP, antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE)], sauce (water, MOLLUSCS, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, tomato purée, garlic, shallot, ANCHOVY paste (ANCHOVIES, salt, sunflower oil), CLAMS, salt, vegetable stock extract, corn starch), diced tomato.
GLUTEN FREE.

Preparation
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

Boil 160g of rice in salted water (or 180g of pasta).

Place the product, still frozen, in a preheated pan.

Cook over high heat for 4 minutes with the lid on, and then for 2 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently.

Drain the rice al dente and add to the pan with the sauce.

Sauté for about 1 minute, making sure to mix the rice with the sauce.

For a spicier flavour, add chilli pepper.
