Preparation

THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

  1. Boil about 200-250g of pasta in salted water.
  2. Place the pasta, still frozen, in a preheated pan. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes with the lid on and 1 minute without, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain the pasta al dente and add to the pan with the sauce.
  4. Sauté for about 1 minute, making sure the sauce is well mixed with the pasta.
  5. For an even more delicate flavour, add a tablespoon of cooking cream at the end of cooking.
