Argentinian red shrimps 2000 g also known as Atlantic Shrimp are one of the most prized shrimp species. Typical of the south-western Atlantic Ocean, they are unique in their flavour and texture. As a gourmet starter, a seafood first course, or delicious main course, all you need to add is your creativity.

Argentinian RED SHRIMP (Pleoticus muelleri), antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE, sucrose, acidity regulator: E330, salt. Fished in Southwest Atlantic (Zone FAO 41), with trawl nets. Allergens: contains CRUSTACEANS and SULPHITES. May contain traces of MOLLUSCS and FISH.

Defrosting
Place the product, still frozen, in the refrigerator at +4°C for a few hours.
Rapid defrost: remove the product from the packaging and rinse under COLD running water for about 5-10 minutes.
Preparation
Fast cooking: the product can be used directly from frozen, steaming it for about 5 minutes or in boiling water for about 4 minutes (from when the water returns to the boil).
