Argentinian RED SHRIMP (Pleoticus muelleri), antioxidant: Sodium METABISULPHITE sucrose, acidity regulator: E330, salt. Fished with trawl nets in southwest Atlantic FAO 41.
Allergens: CRUSTACEANS and SULPHITES. May contain traces of MOLLUSCS and FISH.

Defrosting

Place the product, still frozen, in the refrigerator at +4°C for a few hours.

Rapid defrost: remove the product from the packaging and rinse under cold running water for about 5-10 minutes.

Preparation

Fast cooking: the product can be used directly from frozen, steaming it for about 5 minutes or in boiling water for about 4 minutes (from when the water returns to the boil).
