Ingredients

Mix of MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS 60% (CLAMS in shell, SQUID (1*) or OCTOPUS (2*) or SQUID (3*), Shelled mussels, Peeled SHRIMPS (contain antioxidant Sodium METABISULPHITE)), fish stock 20% (water, FISH 15%, onion, carrots, white wine (contains SULPHITES), salt, yeast extract), diced tomato. GLUTEN FREE.

Preparation

THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

  1. Sauté chopped garlic in a little oil in a frying pan for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the risotto mix without defrosting it.
  3. Cook with the lid on over a moderate heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the white wine, allow it to evaporate over a high heat, season with salt and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Separately, cook 160-200 g of rice and, once it is al dente, cook it together with the sauce for another minute.
  6. Stir in a little oil, add some chopped parsley and serve.
