Only the best part of the cod fillet, with a delicious accompaniment of grilled cherry tomatoes, potatoes and courgettes. So simple and easy to prepare (ready in just 8 minutes) for a full meal with an unmistakeable taste.

Method of preparation

Place in a pre-heated frying pan (add a drizzle of oil if pan is not non-stick) and cook with lid on for about 8 minutes on moderate heat, stirring if necessary.
