Argentine red shrimp XXL - 250g
XXL peeled Argentinian shrimps, cleaned and deveined, ready to be enjoyed in all their goodness. With a delicate taste and firm flesh, they are perfect when steamed, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper, for a truly special and refined taste. Defrost the shrimp under running water, then put in a bowl to marinate with the oil, chopped garlic and parsley and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper and add the mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to absorb flavours.
Then pour the shrimp with the marinade into a non-stick pan and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Still on a high heat, add the brandy or white wine, let it flame and evaporate, taking care not to reduce the liquid too much.
Remove from frying pan and serve sprinkled with chopped fresh chilli. Enjoy!
