balsamic vinegar and white wine vinegar or apple vinegar
Prepare the Arbi Seafood Mix as indicated on the packet. In the meantime boil the green beans until tender, then let them cool.
Boil the eggs for about 13 minutes.
Wash and cut the other ingredients: julienne the Tropea onions, then leave them to soak in water and apple or white wine vinegar, the peppers into strips, the hard-boiled eggs in 4 wedges and the tomatoes diced.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar. It's done!
