Ingredients
- 1 packet of 3-flavour Arbi Seafood Bites
yoghurt sauce:
- 3 spoonfuls firm yoghurt
- 1 spoonful oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 spoonful freshly chopped chives
- zest of 1-2 lemons
- guacamole sauce to taste
- spicy pepper jam to taste
Method
- Add the oil to the yoghurt, then flavour with salt, pepper, lemon zest and chopped chives.
- Cook the bites following the instructions on the packet.
- In the spoons, put a little spicy pepper jam, guacamole and yoghurt sauce.
- Arrange two bites on each spoon, then decorate them by alternating slices of lime, small wedges of cherry tomatoes and chives.
