For all lovers of delicate flavours, Arbi's Condiscampi is the very best in fast cooking. Scampi cut in half, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, white wine, parsley, chilli and tomato - for a dialogue in perfect harmony with any kind of pasta. The delicacy of Arbi Condiscampi is ready in just 6 minutes, adding to the pleasure of the table refined taste and exceptional aroma.

Method of preparation

Boil about 250g of pasta in salted water (we recommend you use spaghetti). 2. Put the contents, still frozen, into a pre-heated frying pan. Cook over high heat for 7 minutes with the lid on, stirring often. 3. Drain the pasta cooked well “al dente” (2-3 minutes less than recommended on the pasta packet) and add to the sauce in the pan. 4. Stir for about 2 minutes, mixing the sauce carefully with the pasta.

Add chilli pepper for a spicier taste.

THE CHEF RECOMMENDS

When cooked, add a tablespoon of cooking cream for an even more delicate taste.

Sauce 40% (water, sunflower oil, garlic, cockle broth (°), white wine (contains sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, hake, salt, tomato purée, parsley 1%, yeast extract, chilli pepper), shell-on mussels 22% farmed in Ireland (1) or farmed in Chile (2), shell-on clams 22% caught in Pacific Northwest FAO 61 (3) or in Pacific Western Central FAO 71 (4), Pacific scampi (Pacific scampi, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite) 9% caught in Pacific Northwest FAO 61, diced tomatoes. (°) Cockle broth “Cerastoderma spp.”. GLUTEN- FREE.
