Fishballs in tomato sauce
Arbi’s new special product, fishballs in a rustic tomato sauce. An exclusive Tuscan recipe: tender sustainably fished cod and Alaska pollock fishballs, in a tomato sauce prepared with genuine and natural ingredients, to rediscover the authentic flavours of our tradition.

Cooking tips
Directly frozen, no need to defrost the product.
IN THE PAN: Place the contents of the package in a preheated pan and cook with the lid on low heat for 5 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking for another 11 minutes, stirring gently from time to time.
IN THE MICROWAVE (800 Watt): place the tray with the frozen product in the oven, making sure to remove the sealing film, cook for about 8 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking process.
IN THE OVEN (preheated to 220°C in fan mode): place the frozen product in the oven in its tray without the sealing film and cook for about 22/23 minutes. Also ideal with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
