Spaghetti with seafood and vegetable sauce
Ingredients
1 packet of Arbi Seafood Mix with Vegetables
200-250g of spaghetti
1 garlic clove
white wine to taste
oil to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation
Fry one chopped garlic clove in a frying pan with a little hot oil for 1 minute. Add the seafood mix still frozen. Cook for 9-10 min. over medium heat with the lid on, stirring from time to time. Add some white wine, stir and let reduce over high heat. Salt and cook for another 2-3 min. Add chilli pepper for a spicier taste. Meanwhile boil about 200-250g of spaghetti in salted water. Drain the pasta, cooked “al dente”, and carefully mix it with the sauce in the frying pan. Add some chopped parsley, serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
