Seafood mix for pasta dishes

Spaghetti with seafood sauce
1 packet of Arbi Seafood Mix
100g cherry tomatoes
garlic to taste
oil to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation
Fry the chopped garlic in a frying pan in a little oil for about 1 minute. Add the Seafood Mix from frozen.
Cook with lid, over medium heat, or let it evaporate over high heat, season with salt and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
If you like, add 100g of halved cherry tomatoes, in which case cook for another 6 minutes.
Separately, cook 200-250g of pasta, drain and toss in the sauce in the frying pan.
Add chopped parsley and serve!
For a stronger taste, add some chilli.

Try it as a warm seafood appetiser
Toast 2-3 slices of bread, place them in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.
For an even more intense flavour, rub the freshly toasted bread with a clove of garlic.
