Arbi caramote prawns are perfect seasoned as they are, just with oil, salt and lemon or lime (for a more decisive flavour) but thanks to their delicate taste, they add uniqueness to complex sauces and recipes, too.

Method of preparation

It is advisable to defrost the product by placing it in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4°C for a few hours, or for rapid defrosting, place under cold running water for about 5-10 minutes, then dry well with absorbent paper. In this case the product - once defrosted - needs a minimum cooking time of 2-3 minutes.

For fast cooking, you can use the product directly from frozen, by steaming it for about 4-5 minutes, or in boiling for about 2-3 minutes (from point of boiling).
