Crunchy on the outside and with a tender and stringy heart of fiordilatte mozzarella cheese, they have a triangular shape designed specifically for finger food. Method

In the oven

Place ingredients on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in pre-heated oven at 220°C for 8 minutes (further 2 min in convention oven) until crispy and golden brown.

 

In a pan

Dip the frozen ingredients into hot oil (specific frying oil is recommend). Cook for 3 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown. Drain and put on absorbent paper to eliminate excess oil.

Ingredients: mozzarella cheese 35% (pasteurized milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes), smoked salmon 20% (salmon, salt), breadcrumbs 13% (wheat flour, sunflower seed oil, brewer’s yeast, salt, powdered paprika, powdered turmeric, natural aroma), water, spinach 7%, wheat flour, sunflower seed oil, vegetable fibre, onion, anchovy paste (anchovy, salt, sunflower seed oil), rice flour, wheat starch, thickener: methyl cellulose, durum wheat flour, wheat gluten, salt, brewer’s yeast, powdered paprika, powdered turmeric.

May contain traces of SOY.
