  1. pull plastic film off tray.
  2. place the tray in a pre-heated oven
  3. cook at 220°C for 20-25 minutes in a convection oven or at 230° for 25-30 minutes in a conventional oven.

Turn the kebabs, halfway through cooking, to make them crisper. Add a pinch of salt when cooked.
Convection oven – 20-25 minutes at 220°C
Conventional oven – 25-30 minutes at 230°C.
Exact cooking times depend on the type of oven used. Not suitable for gas ovens
