Tips for defrosting
Place the product, still frozen, in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4°C for a few hours. Fast defrost: remove product from the packet and hold under COLD running water for about 5-10 minutes.
Recommended recipe
Chop some garlic and parsley. Clean the langoustines, wash and cut in half along the shell, in order to open them without the two parts separating. Arrange them in a saucepan.
Add lemon juice, oil, chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Leave to macerate for about an hour. Place the saucepan on the heat and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot.
